You know how much I love denim overalls, both the shorts version and the long pants version.  I've worn both styles on the website many times before.  However, this is the first time you have seen me wearing a denim overall dress.  Overalls remind me of my dad and my best friend's dad.  Both of them loved wearing denim overalls.  Who knew they would trend again like they did in the nineties.  I like to try just about every trend once and if it works for me I usually will wear it even after it dies down, hence the clogs.  Clogs were trending pretty hard back in 2010 and I still like them just as much today.  This bag is also older, but it is one of my favorite bags that was ever made.  That's probably why you keep seeing the hardware on various Givenchy bags I own.  I bought a lot in this exact style.  I know what I like I guess.  I paired the light wash denim overall dress with lots of red pieces and some nautical items like the anchor necklace.  I am not going to lie.  It was very hot when we shot these photos, almost 90 degrees.  For once I did not get cold.  The red crop top I am wearing was a real snag at under $25!

I just started an intro acting class and I am loving it.  I like to try new things.  Sometimes I get really into something and sometimes I find out it isn't for me.  I took a hip hop dance class a month or so ago, but I ended up not loving that particular dance studio so I didn't go back.  However, that doesn't mean I don't want to find a different dance studio.  Now that it is summer I can exercise and move around outside so I might look into it again in the winter.  If you have been following my blog for a long time you might remember that I got really into Pilates and Barre for a while.  I used to do Pilates pretty religiously or it was like a religion to me.  I quit a couple years ago because my neck was constantly getting injured.

The great thing about the acting class is it isn't an exercise class.  I will let you know how it turns out as I attend more classes.  I wore this outfit to my first class along with a beige army jacket because it was raining and cold in the building.  You rarely see me in flats or sneakers, but here I am wearing some buckled slides.  I am loving these cropped and frayed light wash jeans too.  They are just different from my usual skinny jeans.  The bodysuit is under $40 and oh so adorable.  I dig the color red right now and stripes.  I am also on a nautical kick thus the red nails, red bodysuit, and the anchor necklace.
