Rebecca from Lingerie Please sent me this Henry Holland lace bodysuit. It was one of my favorite picks from the Lingerie Please website. It is extremely well-made and durable. I had to get myself into it through the head/neck hole area and I was careful to take it slow so I didn't snag the bodysuit. Once it was on the bodysuit was not itchy or scratchy as some lace items can be and it was really quite comfortable. I really didn't know how to style it until I had it on and I could really see what it looked like on me. Whenever I am styling lace I get into some Madonna vibe and I simply cannot help it. I am a material girl so I styled it a little Cyndi Lauper, a little Madonna, etc. You should see how tiny this lace bodysuit looks when it isn't stretched out on the body. It really shows that Henry Holland uses strong, quality lace for hosiery.
All items the Henry Holland lace body is styled with are items I have worn before and photographed for Fashion Snag, including the wrap crepe skirt by Ann Demeulemeester. This skirt was a snag off of Gilt and it is beautiful and soft in person, but oh so short on me. I like to wear lace bike shorts underneath it when I wear it alone. I thought the white silk crepe was a perfect contrast to the black lace. For my top I wore a Free People tube top that has come in quite handy as outerwear and as a bra. It actually stays in place quite well unlike other tube tops I have worn. The Chanel necklace seemed like a nice piece to complement the neck line of the lace bodysuit. The Burberry boots were the right shoes to toughen up the girly, lace look. I realized I could really use a white crepe dress to style with the Henry Holland bodysuit for next time.
