(Karla Spetic Cardigan, Chanel Nail Polish, Rag & Bone/JEAN Tee, J Brand Flare Jeans, Alaia Ankle Boots, Saint Laurent Suede Fringe Bucket Bag)

I recently snagged this Karla Spetic cardigan and I have to say that it is definitely different from my usual style.  I just thought it was too cool and cozy to pass up.  As I said, oversized cardigans are having a comeback right now and I can't say I hate it.  Oversized cardigans are perfect for the slightly chilly weather we have been having.  This one is neon orange and has a bit of weight to it, but you don't notice it when you are wearing it.  It feels so soft and fuzy against your skin, sort of like a blanket that is with you all the time.  Since it is very bright and in the neon family I had to tone down the rest of my look to style it.  I really didn't want to wear it with black.

I went searching for a light wash pair of denim flares in my closet and only found one pair.  They still had the tags on them from a couple years ago and I was unsure why.  Somehow they had gotten lost in the shuffle.  These J Brand bell bottoms have such a great fit to them and they make your legs look miles longer.  I love the color as well, which is appropriately named "summer."  I snagged these jeans a long time ago for a steep discount off Gilt Groupe and when I re-discovered them in my closet I was very happy.  You should try shopping in your own closet because I felt like I went shopping without spending any money.  You might find some treasures in there that you forgot about.

The light wash denim combined with the neon orange fuzzy cardigan made the perfect match.  I slipped on a pair of high ankle boots that you can't see in the photos.  That is the only disadvantage of wearing flare or bell bottom jeans.  You miss out on seeing the shoes.  However, I am so into flares and bell bottoms right now it doesn't really bother me too much.  These J Brand bell bottoms are different from the Stella McCartney ones I was wearing in the last post since they are low rise.  The Stella McCartney ones are high rise and of course a darker wash.  I like my bell bottoms both ways and it is good to have a variety.

I wore an off-white cotton tee from Rag & Bone underneath the cardigan.  I wanted a top that was not pure white and I think the color is not as white as other tees I have so it was perfect.  It also has a slight burnout effect to it when you see it up close.  The finishing touch for this outfit was the Saint Laurent fringe bucket bag in tan.  My boyfriend bought me this baby while in Chicago.  I was smitten with it as soon as I saw it.  I am addicted to fringe and bucket bags so it makes sense.  Stay tuned for the video!
