I adore this flirty little look. I am in love with floral flare dresses similar to this one. They are so easy to slip on in the summer heat and they always look cute and feminine. I paired this open back dress with a large gold statement cuff that features an overlapping circle design. I think it is pretty neat and everyone at the nail salon liked it as well. I am also wearing leaf ear cuffs. I wasn't into ear cuff earrings until recently and now I feel like they are the only type of earrings I want to wear. They just dress up the entire ear. On my feet are some of the most comfortable leather gladiator sandals from Shoe Embassy. I didn't even have to break these bad boys in. They felt like butter from the moment I put them on my feet. I have a wide toe box too and find it difficult to wear flat sandals. This style also comes in black and tan, but I love the coral for a bright pop of color.
I felt so beautiful in this dress and it is under $40! Can you believe it? What a great snag. It reminds me of a dress from out of that movie The Notebook. There is something really refreshing about dressing in a retro 1940s style dress. I know maybe this dress would have been a bit longer back then, but I like to think of this as an updated 1940s look for 2016. This dress also has a very flattering fit. I paired it with this handmade and delicate butterfly bracelet which is under $30 and my 1940s inspired platform Gucci pumps. My favorite shoes at the moment are these pumps. I already have them in green, but I love them so much I bought them in this nude color as well. You can't go wrong with platform pumps. I added pearls to make the look even more ladylike.
