J. Crew Calf Hair Belt in Leopard - Worn before here with Topshop aggie ankle boots

I saw these bell bottom Siwy jeans modeled in a Revolve Clothing look book and I ordered them on the spot using a code.  They are just as great in person and the first item I go to now when looking for something to wear.  The faux fur collar military blazer was my first ever purchase from Ann Taylor LOFT and I was quite impressed.  I am seriously in love with this jacket and the fur collar is removable.  The color is the perfect green and the quality is wonderful.  It came in better packaging than most of my Shopbop purchases (hello diry white bag), complete with a sturdy hanger and no wrinkles.

I have rotated most of my tees so you don't see me in that same old KAIN Label see through pocket tee.  I am sure most of you are thrilled.  This James Perse tee got lost in my closet, but it is so nice and soft I don't know how I forgot about it.  I got these fingerless gloves from Abercrombie a couple years ago, but still adore them.  I have a thing for impractical items as you can tell from my blog so fingerless gloves fit right in there.  The leopard belt is another one of those things you never knew you really needed until find one.  I attempt to put it on with everything, but unfortunately it doesn't work well with all my outfits.  The socks and wedges together came out nice I think.  I returned something to Gilt Groupe so I had some credits and I did pay very little for these L.A.M.B. wedges.  I really like them a lot.  They are a fun shoe and easy to walk around in.

Juicy Couture Faux Fur Coat in Sand - Gift from Boyfriend

L.A.M.B. King Buckle Ankle Boots in Black - Worn before here with Alice by Temperley Chara cardigan

Mohair sweaters have been heavy on my mind lately with the falling temperatures and all the amazing fashion editorials that feature them.  However, they seem to be really hard to find among online retailers.  I was lucky enough to snag this one by Sonia Rykiel in black off the Revolve Clothing website.  It was the last one and I really like the length of it, the color, and of course the slouchiness factor.  The soft mohair doesn't hurt either.

I paired it with these Adam pants that have cool zippers on the back of the ankle area.  I like that they are longer and the zipper part goes over my L.A.M.B. boots.  These Adam ponte pants are part of my 'wear everything in your closet' challenge.  I found them in the drawer of my studded chest, complete with their attached tags, another lost relic.  They are so comfortable and easy to wear, which makes me wonder how they got lost in the heap.  I remember getting them at the end of the season on Gilt and I probably put them away as it was too hot to wear them then.

The last part of this outfit is the Juicy Couture faux fur jacket which is an old gift from my boyfriend.  It is actually one of the first presents he bought for me.  It had a little black bow pin on it, but I promptly removed that to make it more edgy.  Kate Hudson and Whitney Port also have this same coat, which I found out by searching for it on Coolspotters.

Charlotte Russe Canvas Studded Bag in Military - Snagged at Charlotte Russe store in San Diego a long time ago

These are some photos we snapped when out and about for sushi at Japon.  We also went to the Denver Design Center that day and I picked up a gorgeous hinged frog that opens up to reveal a hand-painted little basin of a body.  He is now sitting on my dresser next to my dragonfly lamp and I am thinking about putting some of my jewelry inside him.  He is hard to describe, but I am sure sooner or later I will take photos of him or next to him and they will be up on my blog.  I will make sure of it!

Anyway, Japon is one of my favorite sushi stops in Denver because everything always tastes fresh.  Plus, the tiramisu is the best dessert I have ever had anywhere and every time I order it is always the same.  I like restaurants that are reliable.  I wore this silk satin blouse that has been hanging in my closet with the tags for a while.  My boyfriend got it for me from Ann Taylor.  I really wanted a nice silk blouse and at the time they were hard to find so he bought me this one.  I like how satiny it is and the color of course.  My Alice by Temperley cardigan was a nice fall sweater coat alternative for layering.  I will never get sick of tights and denim shorts so you might see me in these a lot.  I wore my LAMB buckle ankle boots that are very comfortable despite the height and a studded canvas bag by Charlotte Russe.  This outfit shows more of my mixing higher end with lower end items I think.
